Free Run Services is our department dedicated to developing location and scouting services, filming permits and production management in the 8 Canary Islands for all types of audiovisual productions and event organization.
Our company has been responsible for the local production and location and scouting services and filming permits management for productions such as the first and second seasons of the international Rakuten television program, DISCOVERING CANARY ISLANDS, and the promotional documentary for "El Susuro del Fuego," a novel by writer Javier Castillo.

A documentary film promoting the new novel by best-selling author Javier Castillo, whose "The Whisper of Fire" sets the plot for the first time in Spain, specifically in the Canary Islands. Free Run Producciones provided a full service, from location scouting, filming permit management, complete production, as well as editing and post-production of the documentary and specific social media pieces.
The campaign is sponsored by Turismo de Canarias in collaboration with Penguin-Random House and Suma de letras, and produced by IPG Media Brands Contents.

DISCOVERING ISLANDS is an adventure reality show that discovers the most incredible and unusual myths on the planet by immersing its contestants in local culture and traditions. A journey of discovery full of tests, enigmas and routes through wonderful territories through which the LEGEND of each season will be revealed, episode after episode, to both contestants and viewers.
For the first season, DISCOVERY CANARY ISLANDS, no better setting could be chosen than the CANARY ISLANDS. 8 contestants from 8 different countries will discover that, in reality, the islands are not 8...but 9! Because La Graciosa, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, Tenerife, La Palma, El Hierro and La Gomera are not the only islands of this spectacular archipelago. Between Reality and Folklore, History and Fiction, there is a ninth island... called SAN BORONDÓN.
Also known as Whale Island for the way it appears and disappears, emerging and submerging in the waters of the Atlantic Ocean to avoid the eyes of those who long to find it and the treasures it hides, SAN BORONDÓN has been part of the Canarian culture and imagination since the Middle Ages, when several navigators claimed to have sighted the island and many other cartographers managed to locate it on nautical maps with precise coordinates at the western end of the Canary Islands. To find it, the contestants will face a thrilling adventure across the islands, starting in Lanzarote and ending in La Gomera, in search of the clues necessary to find it.
